Delhi is an unsafe city

After the murder of journalist soumya in Delhi, Chief Minister's remarks have been really bad about it. She said you shouldn't be adventurous in cities like delhi and roam at night! This is certainly not acceptable! How can you say that being a CM of a state or rather CM of the capital of India.!! Something must be really done about safety of people in Delhi, and people must do something for their security while going out late in the nights! certainly the political parties should step up their responsibilities now to do something about it!
